Original honey can crystallize. The crystallization time of honey depends on the type of flower from which the honey is obtained, some honeys crystallize in a short time while some honey may remain uncrystallized for much longer. Crystallisation of Turkish grocery honey does not mean it is not fresh or fake. Since crystallized honey does not lose its nutritional value, it can also be consumed in this form. It is possible to bring the crystallized honey to its consistency before crystallization by the bain-marie method (in a container filled with water at a temperature not exceeding 45 °C, without direct contact with water).
