Delivery Policy

The minimum amount for FREE Delivery is £60. (Within England and Scotland)
The minimum spent amount is £20 (Within UK)
For orders between £20 to £59.99 to be delivered within UK, the shipping fee is £5.99
Our delivery service is currently only available within England and Scotland.
There are some restrictions regarding delivery to Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scottish highlands, hence if the shipping address is Wales, Northern Ireland, or Scottish highlands, the order may not be fulfilled.
We offer next day free UK delivery on all orders placed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (till 12:30 pm).
Alternatively, you can also select any date you would like to get your order delivered.
Any order placed before 12:30 pm any days from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day.
Any order placed after 12:30 pm on Thursday till 12:30 pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

We don't dispatch on weekends or bank/public holidays so please do keep this into consideration while placing your order.
The cargo company reserves the right to change the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
All prices on our website include VAT where appropriate.

Frozen Product Policy

We are very sensitive with our packaging for frozen foods and only use insulated thermal bags made up of Aluminum.

We also add an adequate number of ice packs inside the bag to keep the temperature of cold items perfectly cool while they're in transit.

These cold bags are an ideal solution to keep your frozen food cold up to 72 hours, however the cold chain may be disrupted.

Thus, the products should not be frozen again and we strongly recommend you to consume them within 3 days.
