Gurkan
Gurkan Pastrami is a well-known speciality of the city of Kayseri. We only use whole, high-quality beef, slaughtered according to halal rules. The meat is carefully salted, glazed with a special blend of spices and then gently air-dried for several weeks. During the ripening process, the spice aromas penetrate the meat and the unique flavour of Turkish Pastrami is revealed.

Et özenle tuzlanır, özel bir baharat karışımıyla sırlanır ve ardından birkaç hafta boyunca nazikçe havada kurutulur. Olgunlaşma sürecinde baharat aromaları ete nüfuz eder ve Türk Pastırma’sının eşsiz lezzeti ortaya çıkar.
