Sütaş Aged Kashkaval Cheese 250 G

Ingredients: Termized cow′s milk, cheese starter culture, salt, rennet.

Aged Kashkaval Cheese, which is one of the cheese types that we often consume both in our breakfasts and in our Turkish grocery snacks, is frequently preferred with its easy melting structure. Aged Kashkaval Cheese is divided into two types according to the ripening period: fresh kashar cheese and aged kashkaval cheese. Fresh kashar can be consumed shortly after it is produced, while aged kashkaval is put into big sacks after it is produced and matured in the icehouse for 6 months. Aged kashkaval is in a different form as it is a ripened cheese. You can come across aged kashkaval cheese products of many brands operating in the dairy products sector on market shelves or delicatessens. Aged kashkaval cheese is sold in sliced and vacuumed form. You can also divide it into smaller weights in delicatessens.
