Kenton Semolina Halva (Irmik Helvasi Tatli) 400 gr
Preparation:
Put 100g margarine, 400ml (2 cups) water or milk in a pot and boil it. Empty the bag over it and cook, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, turn down the heat and close the lid of the pot. Turn off the stove when the water is completely absorbed. After mixing the halva with a spoon by turning it upside down a few times, let it rest for 10-15 minutes. At the end of the time, serve hot or when it has cooled completely, sprinkled with cinnamon as desired.
Tip: You can also prepare it by using 50ml (half a tea glass) of oil instead of margarine.
