Add 3 eggs to the cake powder mixture and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes, first at low speed, then at high speed. Pour the dough into a greased, heatproof mould measuring 22×22 cm. Bake in the oven preheated to 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let the cake you take out of the oven cool (approximately 10 minutes). While the Turkish market cake is cooling, mix 500 ml (2.5 cups) of milk and 80 g of dipping sauce in a separate bowl until it dissolves. When the cake is warm, pierce the cake with a fork to absorb the soaking sauce well. Pour the soaking sauce over the cake and wait until the sauce absorbs. Chill the wet cake in the refrigerator.

Pour 200 ml (1 cup) of water into a coffee pot. Add 50 g of Turkish market Caramel Sauce mixture on it. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Take it off the heat 2-3 minutes after it starts to boil. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent crusting. Take the wet cake mix out of the refrigerator. Spread Caramel Sauce on it. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then slice and serve.
