1-Place the baking paper on the baking tray. Pour the flour mixture into the mixing bowl and add eggs, water, milk and oil. Beat with the whisk attachments of the mixer, first on low speed, then on high speed, for a total of 3 minutes. Take half-a-teaspoon-sized pieces of the dough, scrape them off with another spoon, and arrange them spaced out on the baking paper. Cook until lightly browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. 2-Preparation of the sauce Add the milk and chocolate sauce mixture to the pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and boil for another 2-3 minutes, stirring. Remove from the stove and cool, stirring occasionally. 3- Beat the cold milk and cream mixture with the whisk attachments of the mixer, first on low speed, then on high speed, for about 3-4 minutes. Put the London Turkish market cream in a piping bag and fill the space inside the balls by piercing them from the bottom or by dividing the balls in half horizontally. Pour the chocolate sauce over the profiterole balls just before serving.
