Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Missing Items: We gladly issue refunds if your goods arrive damaged, misplaced, or missing from your order.
3-Day Photo Window: To claim a refund for damaged or incorrect items, simply email us a photo of the products within 3 days of delivery.
Goodwill Return Exception: Because we sell food, items can only be returned if unopened/unconsumed, or if they arrive with incorrect weight, different content than advertised, or are past their expiration date.
Frozen Food Care: Frozen items are safely shipped in insulated aluminum thermal bags with ice packs to maintain cold temperatures for up to 48 hours.
Frozen Food Notice: Because the courier cold chain can occasionally be disrupted, do not re-freeze items once received; please consume them within 3 days.
Hygiene & Safety Exceptions: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or mind-change refunds on Chilled/Frozen products, Baby Food, and Baby Milk unless they are faulty.
14-Day Online Cancellation: For non-perishable goods, you have the statutory right to cancel your online order and return items within 14 days of receipt.
Return Requirements: Cancelled non-perishable items must be returned to us by mail in their original packaging and must not be unreasonably handled or damaged.
