Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver nationwide to all households and business addresses across the entire UK (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). Once dispatched, our courier partners will deliver your authentic Turkish and international groceries straight to your door within 1 to 3 business days.
How much does shipping cost? Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £60. For orders under £60, a flat standard shipping fee of just £5.99 is applied at checkout.
How do you keep frozen and chilled products fresh during transit?
We take extra care with cold items. We pack all frozen and chilled foods in specialized, insulated aluminum thermal bags packed with an adequate number of ice packs. This solution keeps food cold for up to 48 hours. Once delivered, these items should not be re-frozen and should be consumed within 3 days.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged or is missing?
We prepare every package with love, but if an item is misplaced, missing, or damaged during transit, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement. Simply take a photo of the damaged or incorrect items and email it to our customer support team within 3 days of delivery.
Can I return items if I change my mind?
For non-perishable goods, you have the right to cancel your online order and return the items by mail within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (including standard shipping costs). Items must be unopened, unconsumed, and in their original packaging.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For safety and hygiene reasons under UK law, we cannot accept returns or mind-change refunds on Chilled and Frozen products, as well as Baby Food and Milk, unless they are faulty, damaged, or past their expiration date.
How can I track my order?
As soon as our warehouse logistics team packs your order and hands it over to our courier partners, we will send you an email confirmation containing a real-time tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your groceries every step of the way.
